Elder Brewing Company is celebrating its first anniversary this weekend, and has a great Friday and Saturday lined up for (November 9 and 10). It seems like an eternity since I was taking photos during their’s opening weekend.
Friday, November 9
Elder is hosting a ticketed dinner catered by TRUTH Restaurant with jazz/ska band, The Selectones. Don’t worry, if you don’t have tickets, you can still come down and enjoy the music. Don’t miss the return of King Candy cream ale! (PS … this was one of my favorites from 2017, make sure to get a pint or three. #DrinkResponsibly. Andy only puts it out for a short time after Halloween).
Also being released on Friday (in cans and draft) is Hazy All Dayz. This is a hazy pale ale that is a collaboration with Arrowhead Ales out of New Lenox. You’re going to get a fresh pineapple small, and the taste of juicy hops throughout.

Saturday, November 10
