We’ve got your Fresh Cargo here!

Hops in a glass

Fresh Cargo is Alter Brewing Company‘s wet-hop IPA.  It’s a beer style that only comes around once a year, so you won’t want to miss this.  Alter used fresh Chinook and Crystal hops from Hophead Farms.  The hops were flown in, picked up, and added to Alter’s brew.  This means two things.  Amazing freshness, and surely the hops weren’t flown into O’hare.

Cans of Alter Brewing Company's Hell Hazed Over

Hell Hazed Over is Alter’s flagship hazy IPA.  This one is so good, that Alter has added it to the year-round lineup.  Everyone will love the tropical and citrus flavors from its Sultana, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops.

Glass of Alter Brewing's Alto Porto with Coffee

Last, but not least, Alto Porto is back on tap with a dash of coffee.  This great porter already has chocolate and caramel notes in its profile, and is one that you’ll truly savor the flavor.  (And, I just checked … some brewery has already used the name “Savor the Flavor” and “Savor Da Flavor”.)
