Wilmington’s Rt. 66 Old School Brewing is hosting and hoisting all weekend.  It’s their first Oktoberfest weekend.

The fun kicks off Friday, October 4 at 4pm.  Get your 20 oz. sourvenir Oktoberfest Stein for $7, and use it all weekend for $6.50 fills.  This deal excludes high gravity beers.

The stein-hoisting contest qualifications take place on Friday (between 7pm and 8pm) and Saturday (between 6pm and 7pm).  Winners move on to the finals, which will be held at Sunday at 3pm.

Gibson Morris will take the stage on Saturday from 7pm – 10pm.

And, it’s not Oktoberfest without food!  Get a beer brat, sauerkraut and fries for $6.50. Supersized pretzels with cheese or spicy mustard (my favorite) for $4.75.
