MyGrain has a great new summer brew that hit the taps yesterday!  Zest, a Session IPA, is brewed with honey malt, lemon peel, Sorachi Ace and Cashmere hops.

What exactly is a Session IPA?  We found this great article from AmericanCraftBeer.com, which says the term harkens back to WWI-Era England.  Workers were allowed two “sessions” of drinking during an eight-hour shift (manufacturing weapons, no less).  The beers were of lighter ABV because you couldn’t have someone getting too hammered on the job.
