Whiskey Hill is dropping FOUR barrel aged releases this week, starting tomorrow (Wednesday, June 5)

  • Wednesday, June 5:  Bourbon Barrel Aged Krunch Time
  • Thursday, June 6:  Rye Barrel Aged Dilly’s Donuts
  • Friday, June 7:  Bourbon Barrel Aged Dilly’s Donuts
  • Saturday, June 8:  Rye & Bourbon Barrel Aged Blend Dilly Donuts

Let’s talk about the base beers!

Krunch Time takes us back to, well, breakfast.  This is an imperial milk stout, brewed with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, toasted cinnamon sticks and Madagascar Vanilla.  The 11% ABV base has gone over very well, reaching a 4.14 on UnTappd.

If you’ve seen the label for Dilly’s Donuts, you can just assume that this would be Homer Simpson’s favorite beer.  The base weighs in at 12% ABV.  It’s an imperial chocolate milk stout brewed with dozens of assorted donuts from The Sweet and Savory Spot in Westmont.  Add to that some Smugglers coffee, lactose, cacao nibs, Madagascar Vanilla beans and …. wait for it …
