“Hope and Friendship is a conduit between those who can assist to those who need assistance,” stated Terri O’Neill Borders, founder of Hope and Friendship Foundation, “In the last 14 years, we have been able to help who need assistance with rent, utilities, keep up on everyday maintenance, and help with seniors and youth in our community.  Everything that comes through Hope and Friendship stays in the Lemont community.  Make sure to come by and pick up some ‘Smokey Row’.”

The foundation was founded by Terri O’Neill-Borders in 2005 as a tribute to her father. It is the belief of Hope and Friendship that a friend is someone who reaches for your hand and touches your heart. Though Hope and Friendship cannot provide everything of need for those households that experience such strain, it is their goal to provide opportunities for them to benefit from the kindness and generosity of the friends and neighbors around them.

Pollyanna Brewing Company’s beers are always clean and consistent with a strong focus on balance.  The brewery offers four flagship offerings year-round and constantly experiments with local fruits and spices, seasonal lagers, barrel-aging, wild yeast, and bacteria to develop new recipes.  They have two intimate and unique taprooms, one in Lemont and one in Roselle.  More information on Pollyanna Brewing Company can be viewed at pollyannabrewing.com.
