When Little Boy Blueberry went to the City of Green, he saw a lot the magnificent copper kettles of Tangled Roots Brewing Company. The Ottawa-based brewery dropped “Little Boy Blueberry” and “City of Green” yesterday.
Little Boy Blueberry is the second of the brewery’s #GirlsBrewToo series, developed by TRBC’s Event Coordinator Anna Wright. It’s a porter packed full of blueberries, maple syrup, and vanilla beans.
And, City of Green is a DDHNEIPA that previously ranked 3.95 on UnTappd. What is a DDHNEIPA? It’s a lot of initials. Seriously though, it’s a Double Dry Hopped New England India Pale Ale. Lots of tropical fruits in the profile of this one. They used El Dorado and Motueka hops on the making of this one.
Make sure to visit Tangled Roots Brewery and grab a bite at their restaurant, The Lone Buffalo. You can get more info on Tangled Roots by visiting TangledRootsBrewingCo.com or Facebook.com/TangledRootsBrewingCo.
